    Default Bullet head bullets

I recently came accross their website and they were selling 55grain .224 fmj bullets for $79/1000 includes shipping. I looked at their website and their out of california and looks like they manufacture their own bullets. Anybody try them? If so are they decent quality for target practice? They had some other good prices on pistol ammo, just wondering if its any good.

He's got a guarantee as well. If you don't like them within 50 rds you can send the rest back for a refund. It's a really good price if they fly like other fmj ammo I've used. Let me know how you like them and if you have any problems with accuracy.

Nice to know. I was turned on to Montana Gold Bullets which have a nice product. Getting ready to road test some 9 and .223
I might have to order from these folks. Let us know how the overall performance is with the 55 fmj.

This is interesting! Their website needs some work, but if they have success with the bullets they offer, maybe they'll expand into others as well. Give the big dogs some competition, and better prices for us.

I thought it was worth a try. If these are decent and i can shoot an ok group at 50-100 yards with my ar i will let you know. Doesnt have to be the best i'm just looking for some cheap target or shtf ammo that is decent. But for the price i thought it was definately worth a try. If they are decent im going to order some 9mm ammo too, just in case after going to IDPA for my first time on saturday i do decide to do it regularly. I'm hoping if their good they eventually will make some bullets for the 45. I do agree the website could use alot of work, but hey at least I got a confirmation email......now if only they would send an email saying it shipped....(i ordered last night)

fyi i came across these people a few weeks ago on gunbroker.com and found the bullets cheaper on the website than gunbroker. They had a lot of good reviews so after thinking about it i just said wtf and ordered them.

i received them today, they look good. It came packaged in a clear plastic sealed bag surrounded by newspaper. I pulled 4 out and took my micrometer to them they mic'd out at 223, they all weighed 55 gr + or -.1 grain and all the cannelures were in the same place. I was impressed that it got here in only 3 days. Now i just got to load them and shoot them. Overall, they look like a regular 55 grain fmj
