Since Bailey Guns is offering a life membership on another thread, and he does not want to debate the merits of the NRA and their involvement with our right to bear arms on that thread, I will respect his wishes.

I think it only fair that any potential NRA members have the knowledge contained in this thread before giving their hard earned money to an organization that has, since it's inception, HELPED to infringe on our rights to bear arms.
