While I agree this is entirely wrong on more than a few levels, he won't be impeached for it. Impeachment requires a Senate vote to convict, his own party won't do it. The House judicial committee might recommend the charges and send articles of impeachment for a full House vote, but even with a Republican control it would be difficult to get them sent to the Senate. Only 2 have been impeached and Nixon was facing it when he resigned, and none were convicted by the Senate. John Tyler had articles of impeachment brought up, but the failed to pass the House. Only Andrew Johnson and Clinton were actually tried by the Senate.
