    Good for them. I had zero doubt this would be challenged quickly and I have little doubt their stupid law will survive the challenge.

    However, this will make it to SCOTUS no matter what because we're in the right and will probably win on every level, and they think they're right and will challenge on every level. They should actually go for ALL magazine bans, including the old 10 round one (I didn't read the suit, maybe they are doing that). They should go for the whold Sullivan Law too because that's a big infringement.

    This is a violation of the Fifth Amendment, not the Fourteenth. They had probably better get their shit together before they go to court.

    That's New York problem, sucks to be them, like sheep and their 7rd mag stupid shit.............they need to vote them dumb asses out of office in the next election. I have never been to New York and now I know I never will go to that State in my life time.

    You seem to forget how CO voted in nov. and who hold a Majority in both houses. So yea fuck Ny and vote them out, OOPS!
