Default California to one-up New York

Anyone have updated detail on the California lawmaker desire to create Ex Post Facto laws? It's a frightening attempt not only to abridge our Second Amendment rights but more importantly Article I of the Constitution. Would like to hear from you.

Wouldn't be the first time. The Lautenberg Amendment is the poster child for ex-post facto laws.

    But it's OK because:
    • It's for the children
    • It will reduce gun violence
    • It will get weapons of war off the streets
    • It will keep hunters from using 30-round assault clips for shooting deer
    • Liberals hate the Constitution anyway
    • Obama shoots a shotgun, why can't you?
    • The cops, who have automatic rifles and armored vehicles are outgunned
    • You'll do it and you'll like it

Also OK because the government will protect you from rogue, murderous former cops who they can't find right now.

Rogue, murderous cops who also love Obama, MSNBC, and the whole list of liberal propaganda? Funny how we're trying to defend ourselves from liberals and whackos all the time..... sometimes for the same reasons!
