22 mags and the new laws

So am I correct that the new mag law will apply to the lowly 22LR also? Would like to get a dedicated upper for my AR someday but may need to prioritize funds towards finding magazines. I've already stocked up on 223 mags, though may pick up a few more just to be sure. Now thinking I'll have to go on the hunt for the 22 mags too.

That is correct. I bought some Black Dog rebuildables with the metal housing. They have been in stock sporadically at 44Mag.
