I made the hour+ drive to Aurora today to hopefully meet up with STVROS and drop by to meet SNEAKERD at his work figured I'd hit the Weinerschnitzel on the way. Here is their welcome sign. The cashier said she just started but they told her to expect to be robbed. Nice!
Now it really does feel like SoCal eh Voss ?
Unfortunately yes. I don't miss Ca but I do miss the W. It was good. I brought home $30+ of food for my coworkers as they missed it too.
Next time, we'll hook up.

They need a new sign.
Cash in drawer= $22.54
Time since last robbery= 1Hr, 22 min.
Est time before next +$100 opportunity= 2hr, 12min.
Have a nice Day. [LOL]
One of the last times I was in Aurora I needed to take a leak and hit a fast food place . . . and all the plumbing fixtures in the bathroom were chained to the wall to deter metal thieves.
Went to Aurora eh? Did you bring a friend and a long-gun?

What are the odds it's a "gun free zone"?
If the sign read "Caution Robbers: Cashiers are ARMED" things might be different.

I can guarantee that cashier's pay is NOT worth a guarantee of being robbed. For some reason, I doubt they would pay my legal fees for defending myself, so I would be outta there right then and there.

Brother lives over there we drove past the sighn and I told him about it he laughed his ass off and wanted a pic.
I had a buddy that used to own a pizza joint out there off of Mississippi and something. When we delivered to the tattoo shop in the mall, the guys would bring us around the corner to meet the young ladies getting intimate areas pierced/tatted as a "tip." Almost worth braving the roving gangs at the entrance.
Ah, the good ol' days. :-)
My brother lives in the Breakers so we go to the Buffalo Wild Wings @ Miss. and Havana quite a bit. I've never heard of them being robbed but Buffalo Wild Wings has their restrooms up by the front door, we've been told that they have several people daily who excuse themselves to go to the restroom and never make it back to pay their tab.
Nice, a business that warns you to use your CCW.

Where is this?
And Aurora aint all bad!
Where is this?
And Aurora aint all bad!
Just north of Miss. On Havana.
I went to a Jack-in-the-Box in South Central LA that had the employees seperated from the public behind bullet proof glass and cash and food was exchanged through revolving BP portals. I remember a liquor store in the LBC where a shot gun wielding employee walked a catwalk behind bullet proof shield above the cash register. Its amazing how commerce will find a way even in "war zones". As far as accepting armed robbery as a prerequisite for employment, FUCK THAT and any part of any town or city that its expected in.

Many of us have lived there. And many now do not. I used to live across from the courthouse. Ya know, right where that gal kicked in the window and dumped gas on her kids and ex and then lit it on fire. [panic]

I lived in Stockton CA and same thing I don't remember if it was Jack in the Box or Burger King but yep bullet proof glass and a bullet proof lazy Susan to rotate the food out to you. Fresno Ca is another great place to visit. If you spent any time in California there is no bad part of Colorado
