Very odd request... I have a rock band at my school I started to try and get interest in getting the music program going. This Wednesday, they've been asked to open (I must be doing something right, lol) for our talent show. It involves students from 5-12th grade.

I need some equipment.

Does anyone happen to have a wah-wah pedal for guitar and two (or four) 50ft (or longer) moniter/speaker cables (1 inch male plugs) that I could borrow before Wednesday?....

I also need two cheapy keyboards (one for Bass, one for Clavinet) that preferably have a XLR output...

I can put down some collateral or whatever if needed. I always treat others things as my own. It will come back in better condition than received.

My school is having a talent show and we need the cables to complete the sound. (We are opening the Talent show with Superstition, HAHA)

Anyone able to help? Please PM or you can call/text me (Tim) at 970.32.41300 (Just identify yourself please). PM would probably be quickest route, not always around the phone.

Thanks

... I would love to hire Clublights or someone professional to run lights/sound but we just don't have it in the budget... or even have a decent sound/light system in our "gymcafetoruim"... but the football team gets new... nevermind... lol.

And to stop any nay sayers, yes we had a very succesful fundaiser, but all of that money went to current inventory maintenance/repair (very neglected) and to help with our upcoming day trip/competition.

Thanks!

Any chance there's a Music Go Round in the springs? I'm pretty sure for a school they would let you rent or buy and sell back for the same price since they deal in mostly used gear.

If you were in NoCo I could set you up with pretty much everything. Willing to road trip?

Never heard of Music Go Round... Not seeing anything in Springs using that name. More info please?

Arg, unfortunately no. I will be super busy the next few days. Currently playing the system by using two iPads for the keyboards and a laptop to run a wah wah patch... Just thought it would sound better/cleaner to have the actual equipment for the show. Thanks for the offer... Maybe if I know further in advance next time....

http://www.musicgoround.com/

It's a store that sells primarily used gear and they do instrument rentals for kids. Looks like the only Colorado locations are Aurora and Littleton. If no one has anything to loan they might be a last chance option.

Might give Pro Sound or Guitar Center a call. They are both in the springs.

I don't have any of the gear other then cabling ( not much for backline in our inventory)

what time is the show ? Dunno if I can fit bringing any lighting in with the day I have set for tomorrow ( I pushed off doing shop work cuz the shop is poorly heated and I didn't feel like being cold the last two days.. LOL) but Some stuff could appear for fun. next time hit me in advance and we can see what we can do
