So let me get this straight, one of the newest laws yet to be signed by the "Gov" will allow the "authorities" to confiscate your firearms for a misdemeanor domestic violence charge, or a restraining order against you. Confiscate! You get it? Confiscate! And some of you don't yet believe we are already on the slippery slope, ie, circling the toilet bowl. What is it going to take for the American people to wake up? What is going to be the straw that breaks the camels back?

2 ways
1) Vote from the ballot box
2) Vote from the ammo box.
the next question i would ask is did you vote in the last election, did you vote in every one before that? If the answer is no to either you have no right to complain.

Since Brady, Feds have said you cannot posses firearms if you have a restraining order against you. The new Colorado law only places a time limit and restrictions on how you get rid of the ones you have. Nothing about confiscation - unless you refuse to get rid of them yourself.
The problem is, this combined with the forced BG check means that all your stuff would be tracked if you had to transfer it, any restriction on who you can give it to, family members, etc?
