I didn't think Broken Arrow was that bad, at least they had one of these in it. Mighty rare to even hear of one, let alone see one.....

The Stuff
I liked The Stuff, in a very B movie way.
Irving wins the "obscure movies" award.
Anything by Michael Moore.
Technically those are called documentaries.
I was on my phone before, but I liked Water World and 3:10 to Yuma.
It might be easier to just say any movie with;
Kevin Costner
Tom Cruise
John Travolta
Adam Sandler
Jim Carey
works for me, especially the last two on the list.

I really liked 3:10 to Yuma (both original and remake) and I enjoyed Gladiator and the Red Dawn remake. I like Kevin Costner.
Howard the Duck was awful.
The Howling II was painfully bad.
The Adventures of Pluto Nash was so bad that I couldn't finish watching it.
There's a lot stinkers out there.
Vanilla Sky. I went to a showing at the Tamarac 6, the projectionist put the second reel in upside down. I had already decided to leave at that point, but the upside down picture gave me grounds to get my admission back...

Who in the blue hell doesn't like Gladiator? That movie kicked ass.
Only movie I've ever walked out on was the newest Robin Hood. Worst movie I've wanted to walk out on but couldn't because of the wife (then gf) was The Other Bolen (or however the fuck you spell that shit) Girl.
Who in the blue hell doesn't like Gladiator? That movie kicked ass.

I never saw it. I can't watch any gladiator movies since Airplane. What's not to like? Buff dudes all shiny and grunting.

There are no bad movies when you have shit on tv like Jersey Shore, Real Housewives, and Orange County Choppers.

So...what's wrong with Pulp Fiction- John Travolta? Punisher- John Travolta?
Open Range- Costner? Fandango- Costner? Perfect World- Costner/Eastwood?
Gladiator- Crowe? Got something against gladiator flix? Hate to see your favorite movies.
You list "Cat Ballou" as a favorite western of yours...you must be a big Jane Fonda fan?
Probably not old enough to get in to watch it.
Bad Movies.
Napoleon DUDamite
There's Something about Mary, Yes there was it sucked. Even tried watching it a 2nd time. It only reaffirmed how bad it was the 1st time. Which is too bad as i'm a big Cameron Diaz Fan.
Ben Stiller[facepalm]Outside of dodge ball (the cast made it watchable) i have yet to see anything he did even worth the cost of the pen to write his checks. Too bad, as his mom & dad. Stiller & Meara were a very funny comedy team. He must be adopted.
Battlefield Earth was very disappointing. If you read the series of books even more so.

I can tolerate a lot of crap when it comes to movies but the worst movie I've EVER been forced to sit through was Closer. The VIP room scene with Natalie Portman didn't even come close to making up for the suck that movie brought down.
I liked 3:10 to Yuma, but being from Yuma, maybe I'm jaded.
Waterworld was okay. There was a lot of plot holes, but I thought it was interesting from a "what if" perspective.
I thought the remake of the War of the Worlds (Tom Cruise) was pretty high on the suck meter.

However, after a few beers and a particularly bad week of shenanigans in Congress, it does tend to be a "feel good" movie.

Dark Star was John Carpenter's film school project. Unwatchable, even drunk!
God, how could I forget? "A Night at the Roxbury." Worst. Movie. EVER.
ET
Always
Hook
AI
The Color Purple
Jane Fonda- everything she has done
Susan Sarandon- ditto
Thelma and Louise
Father of the Bride- Steve Martin sucks these days
Wow...you and I have very different likes and dislikes. I didn't care for AI, and I don;t like Jane Fonda or Susan Sarandon or any of the pictures, but the other movies are okay. And I think Steve Martin is pretty funny.

Hurt Locker.
Killing Them Softly with Brad Pitt - SUCKED. Lame acting, dialogue, plot, waste of my time. Ishtar was horseshit, and any of the "Earnest' movies had to be an inside joke to the producers that there were actually idiots who could breathe that would pay to watch that schlock. Just off the top of my head...
+1 for The Hurt Locker, Hick, and Killing Them Softly.
And....
The Loved Ones
Robocop
Dead Girl
Any movie where Bruce Willis is cast as anything other than a pithy, monotoned badass who loses more blood than the human body actually holds and still manage one-liners after a kill.

Macho Libre Jack Black is not funny
The remake of Heaven Can Wait with Chris Rock. Absolutely bloody awful!
For a threat titled "worst movies ever" you all are sure coming up with some amazingly average movies.
For a threat titled "worst movies ever" you all are sure coming up with some amazingly average movies.
Ok, Ebert Ver 2.0:
Sleepaway Camp - the "twist" at the end was icky, the gore was ketchupy, and the acting was... well, there was no "acting" in the classical sense of the term.
Leaving Las Vegas - Death erection sex. 'nuff said.
Gummo: again, because it bears repeating. An acidic, chunky, putrid emesis of a movie, that plays like an inbred, pedophilic, schizophrenic's fever-induced wet dream.
Anything.... absolutely ANYTHING with Sandra Bullock.

My thoughts exactly.
I liked most of the films on the OP's list, and I really don't see whats wrong with Red Dawn 2. Are we hating simply because its a remake? Because when the credits rolled I yelled "WOLVERINES!" and walked out of the theater chanting "USA! USA!" I needed a movie like that to bring a sliver of hope back to this notion of patriotism and fighting for the land you love.
But I digress.
I will agree with Avatar being on this list, though. I enjoyed the first 30 minutes and the last 30 minutes of battle scenes. That movie could have been an hour long, minus all of the other junk, and I MIGHT have liked it.

I'll give ya Pulp Fiction. Dances With Wolves would be in my top five movies but Costner just ruined it.
Wow, I had forgotten a lot of the bad movies y'all have listed. Others I liked. [2cents]
How could I forget Avatar. Must have been a mental block.

I avoid most movies that get terrible reviews, but I had to see the transformer movies just because I loved the cartoon as a kid. HATED THEM ALL! I don't even know if I made it through any of them, and I didn't even attempt to watch #3. Pretty much anything by Michael Bay is going to be terrible.
Evil Alien Conquerors, years ago some friends of mine used to have a game to see who could find the worst movie and then in a couple of weeks who could top that one.
After Evil Alien Conquerors, we gave up.

Years ago my buddies and I had a weekly awful movie Friday. This involved a case of beer and the worst movies we could find. The person with the worst movie was exempted from buying beer and pizza the next week.
Tropic Thunder is the only movie in recent memory that I've walked out of. I realize that flies against the grain here but I simply didn't get the humor in that one.

I'm ashamed to admit that I saw this: Springbreakers
Drive
Silent Hill +1
All of the Scary Movies and the other spin offs
I'm a pretty easy target when it comes to movies...I'll watch just about anything. I may b1tch about it later, but I'll watch it; but Silent Hill was horrendous (and I like that genre generally). I like Eddard Stark and Jon Snow (two of the chars from Game of Thrones who are in the movie), but I actually turned it off. Turrible, jus' turrible...

I can't believe no one has mentioned Corvette Summer:

Two movies with great reviews that I hated.
The Thin Red Line - I think I actually like Red Dawn 12' better.
Crash - felt like an after school special on raciest stereotypes.
We also did no like "The Grey", seemed like it could have been a great movie but we couldn't even finish it. One of the few movies I couldn't even sit through till the end.
I've only ever walked out on two movies.
Training Day
Meet the Fokkers
It's a toss up between casa de mi padre and any of the toilet err I mean twilight movies

Yep. I would add 'Cross' just above that list. Only reason I kept watching Cross was because I saw Taran Butler was one of the bad-guy henchmen. I was praying for some hollywood shooting scene where he actually did some realistic stuff. Never happened...

Went with a girl I was dating a few years ago to Drag Me To Hell with that dude who was in the Mac commercials. Horrible movie. We walked out and into some other movie to make use of tickets.
Seen Gummo make the list a couple of times. I lived in the town where it was filmed. Some of those people were not acting.
Harmony Korine wrote Gummo and Kids. She has a gift of pushing buttons. Those are two of the hardest movies I've ever watched.

The question was the Worst movies Evar. I only comment on ones we tried to watch.
Everyone raved about There's Something about Mary. 20 minutes TOPS was all we could stand. Good thing it was on HBO.
Worst movie my wife ever dragged me to (we were dating at the time) Sleepless in Seattle.
Yea but ya probably went home and got lucky so it was worth every painful minute, Sat through a lot of movies like this just waiting for dessert. The price we pay.
