Intrac MKII bolt stuck with Ultimak??

Got a report from my dad today that his intrac mkii bolt stuck closed after 60rds. He just put a used Ultimak (one with gas ports) on it. Could it have been misaligned a little? After it cooled, the bolt would cycle but he didnt shoot anymore after it stuck.

that could be what is wrong (misalignment) have him make sure the gastube (ultimak) is snug not crazy tight or super loose. also check to see it the piston has any play, it its broken in it will have play, zero play means an ak that might malfunction when things get hot if things are out of alignment.
