Wait until mid-July and call once to assure that it's gone pending, then compute six months from the pending date.

It's the whole principle of the matter. I shouldn't have to set up a trust. I should just fill out the forms, have the sheriff sign off, and send it all in.

Sometimes you do what you got to do. Douglas County sheriff wont sign off either and that doesnt stop most of us.

I e-filed the Form1 mid December, just waiting for it now.

FWIW, I didn't call, write, or otherwise pester the ATF on my Form4. Once the check cashed, I simply waited and pined for my stamp.

eforms login has been completely offline for at least two hours tonight. Seems to be a maintenance window.

I just filed another yesterday am. Tried all weekend but the pay portion wouldn't work. Usually early AM works the best for me.

It does seem lately that they have been offline quite a bit in the evening.
These are the "official" published times eforms will be down (all times ET) but they must be starting the late night window early.

4:00 am – 5:00 am (2-3am MT)
9:00 am – 10:00 am (7-8am MT)
NOON – 1:00 pm (10-11am MT)
3:00 pm – 4:00 pm (1-2pm MT)

What is the status supposed to look like? Is the control number only assigned after approval?

Yours looks correct. The internal control # does not show up on the submitted/ in process forms. You will find that on the email the ATF sent you saying that it has been submitted and in process.
