The next one is out at the Holiday Inn on the 15 & 16th. Not my favorite, but I need to go shopping.

I wouldn't say you "missed much" at Tanner other than whole sale price gouging and several people who were going to be doing a lot of crying in the shower after getting raped by opportunistic dealers.

Couldn't have said it better. You didn't miss anything. It was the last gunshow I'll bother attending.

NASA. glad to see you found the board!

The tanner is not like it used to be for "deals". Only reason I go anymore is to buy bullets...even that is getting stupid.

I will be deer hunting tomarrow and Sunday but I can sneek away in the
afternoons. If you want someone to ride down with you.[Beer]

While you were numbing your butt in a tree stand, I was in elbow to elbow crowds at the Chambers Rd. show. Save your gas, there's no more bullets. I got there just before noon looking to buy about 1,000 .223 reloads. The ammo dude said he had 2 pallets of 500 rd. packs of .223 and sold them all by 10:30! [Shock] The AR tables were pretty busy too. I think folks are gearing up for the big dance.

Was at the CrossRoads Show - one major ammo vendor had wolf for AK's at 8.90 per box of 20! Twice the price anywhere else!
