Yep...we probably got the equivalent of 12 to 18 inches but it's very wet and a lot melted yesterday before it started sticking. View from the deck this morning:

What do I "win"? I gotta shovel all that heavy, wet snow and my driveway (.4 mile) will be a mud pit for the next 4 days...assuming it stops raining/snowing. At least the the fire danger is low right now!

Was snowing at 3:30 this morning when I left the house for work. Close to an inch on the ground but 34° so was melting. LOVE the moisture. Hopefully we continue to get regular moisture for a while. Tired of smelling forest fire smoke in the summer.

I was just up in your stomping grounds on Sunday Baileyguns. I grew up in Bailey and have a few spots up there to spend the day plinking without being bothered. It was definitely dumping on Georgia pass that day. Funny how when the city gets big snow, Bailey gets dusted, and when the city gets rain, Bailey gets snow haha

It was dumping hail this morning when I left the house (for those that know what I'm talking about, I live over by Evergreen High School)... the football field was white from hail, not snow- must be the altitude. Hail turned to snow as I got closer to work. Bring on the rain, I want to go camping this summer, and camping isn't the same without a fire.

I got lots of wet, heavy snow and some rain today, hard to tell how many inches really. Frankly, I'd rather have a heavy snow that will melt over a few weeks than rain that just drains away to the damn city folk right away (j/k, or am I?). [Beer]
