Ok, I'm sitting in my cold basement supporting a concall...OMFG BORING! But I have a Kurig and a regular dripper also. My Favorite right now is french roast from SB, and PIKES Perk down in the springs. A lot of times i'll grab a # or 2 of their snickerdoodle blend...Any other brews? Pikes Roast form SB is also good...

I usually do the sumatra from SB as I'm weary about trying new coffee blends. Prefer french press but am lazy during the week and do regular drip.

Don't know about no shops. Got the last of my Jamaica Blue Mountain Peaberry in the brewer right now.
My daily drip is just whatever blend is on sale at soopers, but I have a big collection of exotics, too.
Favorite coffee is Red Bird Coffee who roasts to order and ships directly. Favorite coffee house? My own.

I am partial to Puertorrican coffee and, of all the different brands that are produced in the Island, my favorite is Café Lareño.

Firestation Roasters Guatemalan run through a Bonavita drip machine. FR Viking God tomorrow.
I don't drink much coffee out. Dot's Diner and Lucile's is consistently good.
I haven't been to Star Bucks in years and don't miss it.

Tonx (https://tonx.org/a4972326). Delivered to your door (they offer a free trial). I use an Aeropress (http://aerobie.com/products/aeropress.htm) to brew and a Baratza Grinder (http://www.baratza.com/baratza-grinder-information/encore-grinder/). Takes me about 2 minutes to make a cup. Smoothest best tasting coffee I've ever had. Personally I don't like the K-Cups. They don't compare to fresh gound, fresh roasted beans. I don't do coffee shops either, to much $$ for something I can make better at home without standing in line.
I like 7-11 coffee.
Yep, their plain-jane regular coffee is my favorite. I'm sure coffee snobs everywhere are snickering.
I haven't tried Tully's enough to say I love them, but I like one of the Tully's coffee blend. Caribou was horrible, but it was just one of the blend.
I recently went to the first Original Starbucks' store in Seattle WA.
People said it was different, but I coudn't tell too much difference.

303 Coffee in Centennial. It's across from the mall in that little strip center with Jo-Ann Fabric right off of County Line and Yosemite

We have this Keurig contraption now and it works fine, but the damn per-packaged coffee is outrageously expensive now. $11 or $12 a box? That's about $0.70 a cup! F-that. And the prices Starbucks gets...[LOL] Talk about a rip-off. It's coffee and cream, maybe 1/10th of an ounce of flavoring if you're a fancy pants.
I get the giant 2.5 lb. bag of First Colony beans from Costco for about $10 and it lasts me a month or so. I figure that's <$0.05 a cup (rough guess). I grind my own in the morning and it's pretty damn good if you ask me, and I drink a LOT of coffee. We have the "fill your own" basket thingy for the Keurig. Works great.
Sorry...got derailed there a bit.

Sure, you just wanted a pic of the busker. [Wink][Coffee]
Dunken Donuts had decent coffee. Good luck finding one now.

I'll drink any kind of coffee. McDonald's is cheap and good. $1 for any size.

40 Weight coffee shop off of 64th and Ward is my JAM. They also do all of those boba drinks as well for those who are into such things.
Locally owned by some friends of mine. Good people.
Le Panier, Pike Place. Seattle.
Best coffee ever.
If you really want to hate coffee shops, start roasting your own beans. You will turn into a coffee snob and everything else will be rotten tasting. When working I'll drink 7-11 all day long, if it's a fresh pot. Bring your own cup and it's only a buck. And Starbucks isn't open at 3 am.
Espresso or French press coffee from my kitchen.

I really like this stuff...
http://www.darkcanyon-coffee.com/
McDonald's is okay for road coffee. At that point, coffee is just a vehicle for the caffeine, and McDonald's coffee is the same everywhere.
There are TWO Dunkin Donuts in Colorado Springs, mere blocks from one another. I find that infuriating, and extremely unfair.
Silver Canyon coffee isn't bad at all. We drink Boyer's Kona blend for our daily brew. Jacob's coffee is what we trot out for the holidays.

Yeah. McDonald has a good coffee for the $$.
Unlimited refills too.
Figured this was appropriate.

Honestly, my favorite coffee these days is Kava, from Safeway. :-) It's just good ol' instant coffee, but buffered to raise the PH somewhat. Maybe when the wife finally graduates, I'll be able to afford decent coffee. Of course, reality is that I'll probably just shift all of my new financial resources into ammo and screw the coffee..... :-)

I hate Coffee... anything to do with coffee, mocha in any other food. I grew up downwind from one of the world largest coffee roasting companies. Yuck!
Dazbog Sumatran . . . they sell it at Safeway.

You could put almost any coffee in an aeropress and it would taste good.

Maxwell House makes (or made) a variety of coffee they labeled "1892" and it was in a blue can with an old-fashioned label. It was available here many years ago. I loved it. Then they stopped selling it in Colorado and the wife had a friend from back east mail us a can or two on occasion. That was a really good cup of coffee.
