I don't know how this will be recieved but I bet it will get a lot of looks.

So.... How is it fair that Germany, of all places, allows you to own a full auto M16 no questions asked and the country that created them can't own them?

Between the import fees, licensing, s& h you'd be better off spending $12K for a complete pre 86 rifle, from one of the board members or on line.

There is no way for a civilian to do this, the only way that I know of that's a possibility would be if you're an sot7/02 and you are importing one in for demo/testing

civillians can not but machine guns that weren't put on the NFA registry before the 86 deadline.

You seriously know where to buy a pre 86 transferable m16 for only 12 grand? Or are you talking about transferable drop in auto sears or lightening links?
