Do you have something to cover you if you do have to draw and shoot someone? I figure even if I am in the right I am going to end up with some sort of legal issue.

I don't, but you can get it thru the nra.

NRA or US Concealed Carry Assoc.
I have our family attorney on speed dial... he's not a criminal lawyer, but I have confidence he would keep me out of jail.
