FINALLY (keep in mind Kathleen Sebelius used to be governor there ... she's one of the reasons I left).
So far Brownback has been an excellent governor, but it's Kansas so they'll find a way to screw it up I'm sure (either way I'm not moving back there).
If only we could change out "Kansas" with "Colorado" in those exchanges so much more would be right with this world..... 2014!!!!

There are only a few places in this country where asserting your rights makes you a "troublemaker" . . . like NY where the 2nd and 4th Amendments no longer apply.
