I am looking for a place to rent in the next month as my girlfriend situation is deteriorating and coming to an end. Looking for a place in the west or central highlands,lo hi Stapleton, cap hill, wash park etc. basically trying to be near good food and good beer. My rental budget is around 850 which is 1/4 of net income have a good rental history gainfully employed don't smoke. And I can obviously pass a background check I Do have a somewhat low credit score low 600 area mainly for installment student loans. Any leads would be awesome

Edgewater is a great area, near a lot of great local hotspots, plus a couple of local joints that serve excellent food and ice cold beer.

Type "Edgewater, CO" into Google maps, on the map setting, and it draws a line for you.
Mostly, 20th to 26th, and Reed to Sheridan. So basically just south of the Highlands.

First Edgewater is neat neighborhood. Small but not the 'dickie' cops you get in Sheridan. You should have no problem finding an apartment in that price range. Check out south of 17th on Depew.
