View Full Version : Saw some stuff on the shelves today
Here are a few things I saw on the shelves today in Nebraska. Not sure when Colorado will get back to normal, but this is promising.
Sierra 175gr Match Kings. Only two boxes, but there they sat.

Ruger BX-25 magazines.

Several types of 9mm ammo.

And some .223/5.56 as well. They had much more than this is stock. There was and end display with twice as much. They also had smaller quantities of other types.

They had plenty of powder and primers as well. Had Glock magazines and some AR mags.
No S&W M&P pistol mags or .22 ammo though.
Wow, there is hope. Seems like prices are falling off now.

Hopefully the ammo shelves look like that in CO soon...... It's going to take loads of rounds to fill all the high capacity magazines that Hickenlooper encouraged Coloradoans to purchase.

Same... Did notice Walmart is getting more and more ammo in but people are still freaking out and making me wait in line. =(
The ammo stayed in stock for a day and a half here at walmart...

At the Walmart in n. Ft Collins you need to be in line every morning by 6:30 AM on the chance that they will have ammo available after employees have taken their turn. It is hit or miss and they limit how much thay will let you buy depending on what they receive the night before. No more of the sporting good clerk holding back ammo for friends. A couple of the employees have offered to sell me a box or two here and there for about 25% over their posted retail price if I want something.

God save any insane group of shitheads that try to overrun this country. You can dirty bomb us or nickle and dime marathons and shit, but we are gonna kick the shit out of any organized group *countries* that ever tries to take over this country...hands down.
The civilian population has so much stuff it's insane, and all we want is more ammo to boot.
The only thing that would really hurt us is the big Nuke.

The stores in Pennsylvania, West Virginia are regaining stock as well. Cabelas had plenty of everything, as did Gander Mountain. Wal-mart shelves are still mostly bare except for .44 mag, .270 and 300wsm.

My co-worker heard the new SW in Cheyenne had a bunch of ammo for their grand opening this past weekend. He went up there and sure enough they had a lot.

I wish I could pick stuff up for everyone. Unfortunately, my finances don't allow it right now.
Sorry.

You think Congress questioning DHS a couple weeks ago as to why they need so much ammo has anything to do with a little more stock hitting shelves?
Just a thought.....
The Walmart in glen wood springs just got in 200 100 round boxes of 12 gauge and the guy at the counter said they had a bunch of 9mm .223 and .22 they were putting out at 6 am tomorrow to bad I'll be at work.

Yesterday went to Sportsmans Warehouse in Loveland. Near the customer service window was a table with many boxes of 9mm, .38, .40, .45, and 223/5.56. Picked up 2 100-round WWB bulk packs of 165 gr .40 for $40 each. This was about 2:30 PM.

In all honesty, as much as I don't like the course this administration has run, I think the supply is catching up because people are slowing down on the stockpiling.

Isn't that stuff like $24 a box when you can catch it at Walmart?
