Basically, what I get from this is that Hick doesn't have what it takes to be an executive at any level. He is kicking the problem down the road for someone else to deal with because he doesn't have the balls to make a decision and stand behind it. I would have had some respect for him if he had made a decision one way or the other, but it is obvious he has no integrity whatsoever. All he had to do is let the sentence run its course. He had nothing to do with the sentencing thus it shouldn't have weighed too heavily on his conscience. What a disgrace. After all these years of bullshit the families of the victims had to endure and somewhat of an end for them was finally in sight. WHAT A SPINELESS LIBERAL PUKE!
