CNN is reporting that somebody tried to kill Bloomberg with Ricin. Apparently there is a note having something to do with Gun Control. This is early so they are still trying to figure it out but they are saying it was definitely Ricin.

Great. A ploy to paint us as assassins and terrorists. When your GC agenda fails, just use scarecrows to paint the opposition in a negative light.

This is Nazi party level political trickery.

Who knows if the sender was pro-2A. Bloomberg is in enough peoples' business it could have been anyone.

Perhaps Bloomberg will be wanting to regulate the size of envelopes now.

after trying to ban soda >16oz and firearms. He's gonna try to ban a castorbean now.

False flag. Nuff said.

Perhaps if he tries to ban enough things, he'll eventually come around full circle and realize that he needs to ban himself?

Anyone who puts toxins in mail to high profile people is a crazy kook, pure and simple. My boss doesn't even open own mail, and my boss is a nobody.

Only sane people realize that big wigs like bloombitch, the president, etc never open their own mail. The loonies out there can't appreciate this and as such, no side should criticize the other for that.

I'm another one in the false flag camp, with a dose of "me too!" thrown in. Bloomberg set this up to draw attention to himself and his agenda, as if he really matters in the grand scheme of things.

During the interview about the ricin, that fucker couldn't even wait until he finished his first sentence to start his raving on the gun control bullshit. Too fast. He sent it to himself.

Bloomberg took the opportunity, after his life had apparently been spared, to — push for more gun control, of course. “There’s 12,000 people that are going to get killed this year with guns and 19,000 that are going to commit suicide with guns, and we’re not going to walk away from those efforts. And I know I speak for all of the close to 1,000 mayors,” stated the mayor at a museum gala Wednesday night. “This is a scourge on the country that we just have to make sure that we get under control and eliminate.”

Yes, very convenient that this happens as other more important things have overtaken gun control...must get the focus back on ME!

IMO, Bloomie is not a real mayor...he is a child masquerading as a man pretending to be a mayor, who has a shit list of things he personally dislikes and possesses the cash to make bans happen. Even some longtime NYC Dems I know are starting to look at him with a gimlet eye.

I just have this to say: Reichstag.

But I do wonder at times, when the legal system is so flawed and weighted in their (the tyrannical 'leaders' among us) favor that punishment or even removal from power is impossible, what then? By force? How can one justify it without themselves becoming a victim of that tyranny, or a martyr? When (not if) someone in power goes too far and nothing is done about it, then what? I feel like if Obama did go way too far (further than current attempts) beyond the limits of the Constitution, Congress would be too cowardly to actually do anything about it. Technically it would be treason, but I fear too many are afraid that the system wouldn't support their just actions due to the rampant corruption and lean in the left direction.

I don't consider myself too tin-foil, but I think this has already happened with the offenses his administration has committed. Holder has committed perjury at least twice now, and even with liberal media being directly affected and pissed, absolutely nothing has or will happen to him. Headlines crying "Scandal!" got their week in the sun, and next week it will be back to business as usual.

You've got congressmen like Issa and Grassley crying wolf when there really IS a wolf in the hen house, but the wolf is smart enough not to eat all the hens at once and the other hens just shrug and think everything's ok. It's all downhill from here baby.

Well apparently there's other Ricin laced letters bitching about gun control sent to Obama.

Now I'm absolutely convinced this is a false flag/Reichstag fire.

Does it matter?

I'm sure you've heard the radio ads from "a whole lot of people for John Morse" playing around the Springs lately.. Are they accurate? Does it even matter? Once it's been said, initial perception is incredibly powerful to a whole bunch of sheep.

Another perfect example: Trayvon Martin, the pot-smoking, gun-slinging delinquent who was killed when he attacked a man. TPTB jumped the gun and called it a racist murder before the investigation even started, but it set the mood for the entire investigation and ultimately, its outcome. People still believe he was an innocent kid that was killed in cold blood by a "local militiaman"... To hell with the facts.

I bet the Tea Party was behind all the ricin attacks. That sounds like it is right out of their typical playbook. [facepalm]

Exposure to large quantities of sarin gas, whose production and stockpiling was outlawed by the Chemical Weapons Convention of 1993, causes convulsions, paralysis, loss of respiratory functions and potentially death.

it's 500 times more lethal in the cyanide.....

Surprised someone hasn't sent him 168 to 230 grains express mail. I would be far more worried about that than "poison mail."

I call BS on these, yes Reichstag. None of these people get within 100 yards of their own mail, but yet they continue to receive poisoned envelopes because of their political cowardice. Why always the mail with the same poison, might suspicious.

I don't even think there is an envelope.
