Pat's a great guy, best wishes!!!
Pat's a god guy. Very honest and does good work. He won't sell you on something you don't need. I'm sure that will carry over into his retail sales as well.

Dropped by to check things out as it's on my route back home. Looking good so far, some nice quality AR's. Looking forward to seeing things at the grand opening
I've met with him. Used to have a small little space in Loveland. Nice enough guy and easy to talk to. Its remarkable that he's that nice and has a Jensen's pedigree.[ROFL1]

Of course, I think everyone at Jensens is nice....at least to me.
Got's to be them eyes cowboy[Love1]
Jim - you just dont quit with your ax to grind about Jensens. Every post about them, you have something negative to say. Didnt your mother teach you that if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing? Really, give it up.

It's not an AX it's my personal experience with them.
WHICH BTW is not even a topic here except for Pat being a former employee.
IF you have an issue with me pm , call, or stop by my house.
Mea Culpa.
I am letting a personal attack cloud my vision regarding a heads up for a good guy and gun smith.
Stop by his shop you either like them or you don't.

People please, this is about a new ffl in NOCO. Issues about any FFL should be in that appropriate thread.
AND to use a cliche "Stay Classy" no need for personal attacks. PM or EM someone if you have an issue.

Now that I know Pat is the one who is opening this store I will make it a point to stop in and see the shop and support his shop. Pat is a great guy, and knowledgeable as well.

I can see the store from my house, I will definitely be stopping by.
Saw it today on our way out of town and instantly recognized Pat. I didn't realize this thread was here until now. The store is real clean and everyone there is very helpful and very nice. The inventory is a little sparse but this is to be expected for a new shop. They've got some good stuff and I'm sure will be adding to the inventory regularly. Seems like a cool place so I suggest checking it out if you're in the area.
It would be great if everyone would swing by Pats shop. I've been working with him for years, since Jensens.(The only one I would deal with there). Great guy, his wife is working there too. Hopefully I will be helping out on the weekends there soon. Was in the other day, and yes he is expecting another shipment in soon, so he will have more stuff in. He is even giving me a chance to peddle some of my holsters there.[Beer]

Since it was bumped.
Just stopped in about 2 hrs ago. Very nice folks! I don't know Pat, from Jensen where I do most of my business.
But good to see more shops!! Will keep stopping in from time to time.
What is their transfer fee?
Taking a road I used to all the time spotted this place and didn't remember it. They told me they were gunsmiths that opened this place up for retail space.
For a small shop had a pretty good wide variety of things. They actually had .22lr, 5.56, and other hot ammo available. Mix of classic and scary weapons. Had a MSAR, HK SL8, some different kinda neat little .22's with drums, that new modular zip gun kinda weird .22.
Prices were pretty good, a few things a little high, but others low. Friendly and handled a customer being a bit lax with muzzle control on a loaded handgun very tactfully. Address is 125 Carpenter Road unit c, Fort Collins, # 970 612 1911 (aha)
To avoid fragmentation there's already a thread for this business.
Mod can merge then. Be nice if the original thread was also named to something recognizable. Searching by name doesn't get it, but found it just by the loose description in other title.
Post a link and I will merge.
Here's the thread (http://www.ar-15.co/threads/61060-New-shop-in-the-larimer-cty-area?highlight=collins). Might want to edit the title to reflect the shop name as well so that it's easier to find. Maybe just keep the title of this thread instead since it's more descriptive?
