I just got back from the SAR/Crossroads show in Arizona and submit this report.(Mods, I put this in GD for more views, feel free to move it.) The SAR show this year was huge. If you have not been, The show fills six buildings on the Arizona State Fairgrounds, plus many other vendors outside. Small Arms Review magazine has a whole building for Class 3/ Title 2 and black gun stuff. SAR controls the vendor list for this bldg. , so no beanie babies in this one. Mags and ammo were in abundance, as well as parts and accessories. I did score a few deals like Five Black Dog .22lr/AR mags for 120$. Federal Gold Medal Match .308 for 24.95 a box (31.99 a box at Spec. Sports). P Mags were hard to find, but got two for 20$ each. Regular GI aluminum mags were plentiful. There was lots of ammo, but no screaming deals. 1k 9mm Wolf for 169$, 1k 7.62x39 Wolf for 269$, same for 5.56 Wolf. Again, not great, but there was lots of it and it was moving fast. Gun prices seemed on the high side, i.e. Microtech STG 556 for 2400-2500$ vs. 1800-1900$ At Spec. Sports. The show is far better than the Denver Crossroads show, but a few notes. It's huge, get there early, and bring lots of cash. Also, watch out for Arizona's Nazi-like use of Photo Radar. Ryan
