Ok, so today I made the plunge.
When I get my patches from Spleify I can proudly wear it because today I got me a brand spanking new Bushmaster.
Sportsmens had some in and I walked out with one this evening. 10 minutes and a $10 BGC later I was wondering how the hell will I get more ammo for this thing!!
That is all.

Way ahead of you. Was already ordering mags just in case.
Right now I have a standard combat load of ammo. Nothing for plinking just yet.
For now she will sit in the safe, un-zeroed and in the box.

I lost my soul years ago, my wife has my balls in a jar now that I sweet talked her into convincing her this would be the last rifle I needed....I did not mention pistols....

I can mow lawns and wash cars, odd jobs!!! Hahahaha

Yup, average for metal GI mags is $10 used and $15 in the plastic.
Was at the flea market today and that's what the guy selling surplus had. Tan or green followers.
I picked up 3 more in plastic for $40.
Now to just keep finding ammo.
