i got a building[Bounce] ! its a complete toilet [Toile1] but i own it . i have no idea how im gonna get it fixed up but i will [Abused]

its an old garage in downtown plattsmouth nebraska .i hope to have a full service gun shop and small military museum up and running in 5-6 months . but really the place as it stands is a true dump , not a pretty sight at all .

I stay in Bellevue for work sometimes. Looks like your shop isn't too far from there. When you get it up and going I'll swing by and check it out sometime.

Good luck Alex. I'm sure you will really enjoy your shop once you get it established and running. Hope to make a visit over there some time to check it out and maybe make a purchase or two. Are you also going to be into coins and PM's in your new establishment???

One small benefit is that there isn't much to tear out and you'll have a good shell to work with.

I believe the term "sweat equity " may possibly apply here. Some hard work and a positive mental attitude and you will have that place up and running in no time. Congrats and good luck
