In a quick search of this "rumor" it is springing up on other forums current date but shows it also showed up in 2012 and goes all the way back to 2011 as a protest over Osama being killed, which appears to be the original date of the Rumor.

I mark it off as a conspiracy theorist / Alex Jones material/moment.

Yeah i finally realized it was a complete joke, it didn't make sense at first, it is not like we have had a lot of HUMOR / JOKE threads on this forum lately, everyone is so serious all the time so it took me off guard someone was ACTUALLY trying to joke.
