Colorado regulators will not enforce — at least initially — a new law requiring marijuana-themed magazines to be kept behind the counter at stores that sell them.
In an emergency rule (http://www.sos.state.co.us/CCR/eDocketDetails.do?trackingNum=2013-00548) issued Wednesday, regulators with the state Marijuana Enforcement Division concluded the law is unconstitutional.
"[S]uch a requirement would violate the United States Constitution, the Colorado Constitution" and state law, the rule states.
The state attorney general's office signed off on the emergency rule.

Seriously? We need a law to say where "High Times" can be displayed in a store? Has the world gone completely mad?

This is common sense stuff, and ultimately it's the parents responsibility and not the retailers.

This! For everything, not just mags in retail stores, but everything. Don't like what is on the radio change the station, think the television show is too violent, change the channel. Put the responsibility of raising our children back on the parents, not the government.

The .gov wants to have ALL the responsibility of raising the children-they know what's best for them and will make them the perfect voter....

It's easier to control someone if you start the brain washing / co dependence training early

Common sense has been on the decline since the early 60s, with the rise of the baby boomers and their sense of entitlement.
