Noticed that right away too. Don't look like very good reloads either. Resizing die isn't set right.

While I am one to say that the DHS has gone a bit overboard, the DHS ammo purchase isn't just for them, but is a line item that multiple agencies are pulling from...I don't see this going anywhere
