I apologize to the good folks who keep things in check here for posting this here, but I was hoping to get a little more attention to the matter here in the GD. I think I've been pretty patient here. I placed an order with Carrier Comp on 3/4 and can't seem to get a hold of anybody there to get a straight answer. I've sent a few emails only to get "bot-like" responses...can't get through via phone call..how does a guy get through to these people???!
