Pointing my finger and saying, "Pow, Pow" ??

So, all this stink about grade school kids on school property getting suspended for pointing fingers and saying, "pow. pow" at another kid.

So what would happen to me if on a busy night I walked (unarmed) through Old Town Square in Ft. Collins and pointed my finger randomly at other persons and said pow, pow?

Would I be arrested or held for 72 hours for observation? Would I be placed on a list of prohibited persons? Would I have my firearms confiscated? Would my constitutional rights be suspended?

Something as simple as getting into an arguement with someone in YOUR own front yard, and they are scared.

So many variables in life. Who else is present? Who are you pointing at? What mood are they in? Does it get called in to dispatch? What gets reported to dispatch? What do the dispatchers tell the cops responding? What do you say/do when the cops approach you?

Maybe you should get a 20 sided die and roll your saving throw? You could just walk around and give the finger to every cop you see. That might be interesting. Of course just walking around in public mumbling to yourself with occasional outbursts of foul language and mixing in the words "fire" "bomb" "kill" and "President" should get you some attention if that is what you seek.

My thoughts would also be what was happening immediately prior to this? Were you having an argument with someone, just staring at people and saying "pow," or playing a game with some kids? I would say Menacing would be really hard to stick on this, but depending on circumstances could go after harassment or something like that.

Hmmm ... I'm thinking about congregating in the public areas of 16th Street Mall and having a running water gun battle on a hot day like today using obviously non-firearms like hand-sized super soakers (gotta use the smaller ones since some idiot hollowed out a Super Soaker "rifle" and put a real shotgun in it a while back).
