For this that grew up back east you likely know what Turkey Hill is. I just discovered they carry Turkey Hill ice tea at King Sooper.

I just picked up some peach tea and forgot just how good it is. I literally killed an entire half gallon right out of the jug in one shot. I know its laced with a crap ton of sugar but this is one case where I don't care.

Never had it, is it expensive?? I like golden peak, but then again I think McD isn't bad either...

I don't know if you have loaf & jug's, or mini marts up there but they have a whole door in the cooler of it.

KS had it 10 for $10. Normally $2 per half gallon.

If I'd had a cart I'd probably by 10 of them, but its kept cold and I don't have fridge space for it all without taking something out.

Hell who needs milk, ill put this stuff on my cereal.

Loaf and Jug uses the same symbol as the Turkey Hill stores, so definitely related.

While I like it there have always been lots of rumors in PA about Turkey Hill ice tea and kidney stones. Their orange tea is pretty tasty.

I like plain old unsweetened tea. It's usually pretty crappy out of a bottle but the Turkey Hill stuff is pretty decent. Any time I see it at a convenience store I pick a couple up.

I'm not a fan either. I'm partial to Arizona Arnold Palmers personally.

Allentown. Near Philly.

One of those large cans of Arizona Sweet deal is also good on a hot day.

Those definitely have crack in them.

I've had two of them today.

Have you tried the one with the strawberry in it?

Sugar your body can process is the fructose corn syrup that gets you! Any fructose in it?

Know allentown very well. Leighi Valley Mall. Wife's uncle owned the Pet vet stores in the area. I use to run out to bloomsberg / berwick area and deal with Old Bill Morris? owner of Bill's Custom Cycles way before he and the family opened the museum .

Yeah that mall has gone to shit from what my folks say. It was head downhill when I moved away and that was in 95.

If I found a tea with crack in it, it might help me kick my caffeine addiction...

It's pretty yummy. I don't see it everywhere but they usually have it at Walgreens.

I stick with sweet tea from down south. I'll pick up a gallon or so on occasion from Walmart but it still isn't the same as down south!

Lately the wife unit has been getting concentrated teas from Bed, Bath and Beyond that are pretty legit. I'll have to see what the brand name is.

Wife's uncle use to own the Dr X Pet stores. pencilvania was some of our old stomping grounds. especially after the Connecticut and upstae NY State Police took a dislike to hoards of choppers roaming round their town's.

Now back on Track. The Arizona ice tea mix is decent.
