New Firearms Store - Ark Tactical - Opens Wednesday June 12th

I've been working on this for many months now and finally to a point where I'm able to tell all of you on Colorado AR-15 Shooters. I super excited to announce the opening of my firearms & accessories retail store, Ark Tactical. The store opens this Wednesday, June 12th, 2013. Some of the reasons why I'm doing this are:


I don't like my day job.
I love guns, shooting, the 2nd amendment and all you sacks of...nevermind.
I am thoroughly frustrated by how the vast majority of guns stores are run and treat their customers.
Even if I can't afford to own them, at least I can drool over some cool stuff whenever I want.
I enjoy interacting with people and most folks in the shooting community are a step or two above the general public.


A couple of things I am going to try and do different from many of the other shops in town:

Treat my customers like I am happy to see them
Price items fairly regardless of the political climate etc (ie - no $150 bricks of .22LR)
Welcome feedback from my customers (comment box is on the wall ready for feedback) on what's working, what's not, what products to carry, how often to shower, etc.

I'm not going to say good luck, because it does not sound like you are going to need it. From what you stated in your first post, your business plan is going to make you successful. Good service, personal attention and good pricing is going to be a slam dunk. There are too few shops that have this mindset.

Just got in ARs from Colt, CMMG, and Bushmaster and a Colt/Walther M4 in 22LR. For pistols, we just got in two Glock 19 Gen4 models, a S&W M&P40, a Springfield XD. 45ACP, a Remington R1 1911 and a Chiappa 1911 in 22LR. Also got some inexpensive home defense shotguns, one with a bead sight for $239.99 and one with ghost ring sights for $269.99. Also got in some Gerber Knives. Come on by to check this stuff out!
