Just saw on the local news they got broken into. Suspect was caught hiding in a dumpster nearby with two handguns. While being processed at the station, he tried to escape through a ventilation shaft. Looked like a fine upstanding citizen......

Report didn't say anything about any ammo missing. If he snatched a 9mm or a .22lr, he's fucked on all accounts.

Wonder if it's what happened to the little gun shop on about 46th and wadsworth? The front door-wall was boarded up the other day, and it looked like part of the wall was missing, like a car had driven through it. People getting crazy!

If somebody broke in and stole everything, they did that shop a favor. Not to be too much of a jackass, but that shop is sub-par. Old shabby inventory, very little inventory and poor service. I was in there about 3 weeks ago and their ammo looked like they purchased it at a gunshow and are reselling it. Boxes were all worn, some had water damage. Looked more like a second hand store for ammo. Prices on everything were absurd. Value pack of 8 shot winchester 12guage was in the high $50 range. ! Guns and accesories were priced out of control too.

Funny part is that when he was in police custody he tried to escape through a vent in the ceiling. The cops found him in an air duct so they can add attempted escape to his list of charges.
