I hunted ducks/geese a bit in college, then went back to SoCal. Have recently moved to FTC and it's killing me watching all of these Canadians fly by! From what I can tell, it seems the best bet is to go in w/someone on a "pit lease?" Does anyone know of an available one? How could I find a pit?

Do people sell off days of their lease (kind of like season ticket holders selling tickets to a certain game they can't attend)? Thanks!

I've never been goose hunting but would like to try it out. I've read somewhere that some of the State Parks and State Wildlife Areas have pits. It sounded like you have to make reservations early. I'm betting
they all get hunted pretty hard. Does that even matter with geese? After all it's not like the same birds are passing by every day.
