Okay... I'm ready to do this....
Should I build my own bench, or do y'all have any recommendations on buying either a kit or a ready to go bench from someone locally?
Sears has a line of work tables/benches that are nice, steel, and have the option for addon's like drawers etc. For the price I think it's pretty much a wash unless you have access to free/cheap building materials or unless you really want to customize your bench to your available workspace.

There are a lot of "Used" computer work stations on CL for cheap. Or utilize a kitchen cabinet with new top on it. You secure to wall, and use inside for your components.

I mounted mine of a piece of 7" x 24" x 1" plywood, then bolted it to the bench for easy removal with a 1/4-20 long screw, fender washers and wing nut underneath. This lashup allowed an easy, firm, removal and install.
I usually also have a pair of C-clamps at the lower corners. This was just a temp setup for pic.
Excuse the cluttered bench, I have about six non-reloading projects going.29747

I put my Dillon on a Craftsman work bench works great.
