Stuck working in Greeley tomorrow, just seeing who has the BBQ to crash haha. The 4 guys at work stuck working all have kids so I guess it sucks for everybody.
At work right now, no BBQ for me. Have a great dads day everyone.

Going to work for an hr or so this am then mud and sanding the rest of the day.
Yep stuck in the data center today. It's not like I would have anything better to do anyway. Hope you guys have a great Fathers Day!

Yes same building but different owner/recipes/methods, all slow smoked with wood (mostly white oak). I "guest" cook for him once in a while when I'm not busy and do some of the larger catering cooks.

I can probably make it then Jim. Have to go by there to settle details on a cook I'm doing for a LEO friend and some of his co-workers. Probably won't be my cooking on Friday but Simon is a good cook from South Texas as well and knows his way around a brisket.
BTW - let me know if anybody wants ribs and I'll reserve some, they sell out pretty quick.
