South site conditions

Has anyone been out to the South site in the last week or so? I was wondering what the conditions are like out there right now. Snow, mud, dry, etc...?

I was planning on heading up with my wife and daughter to do some shooting this Friday/2 Jan.

I haven't been there recently, but i'm pretty sure that area gets a lot of sun. Someone can correct me if i'm wrong, but it should be good to go.

I know the trail in is a little rough, hope you have a little ground clearance.

Going off past experiances.. Unless it really dumped down there, it should be alright.. That said, if You're planning on running the Mini Cooper up there,,, Forget it..[Tooth]

Thanks for the replies. We made it just fine in the F-350. A little bit of snow & a little soggy, but lot's of sun. It's the first time I've been there and I will go definitely go back!

is the south site the one off of 285 near buffalo creek and wellington lake?
