"TAC" Trigger assembly...??

My best friend passed away recently, and his wife asked I help "Clean out all this gun shit"...
Reloading/ammo/arms...etc...

I came across several "TAC Trigger assembly" for SKS, AK, AR.

Never seen such a thing...after researching on the net, i still don't get it...
Turns a semi into a full??? Looks cool, GREAT idea, but......

Any advise/suggestions?

It doesn't turn anything in to a FULL AUTO. What it does is make for faster trigger reset/ shorter throw. If you feel it is something the turns anything in to FULL AUTO I suggest you take a hammer to the pcs and dispose of properly.

I looked it up, it is some kind of bump fire device that is legal.

It was just a little doohickey like the "Hell Fire". A little springy, trigger reset device. Made "bump firing" easier. They sold a crap ton of them back in the early to mid 1990s.
