Don't think this is a repost, however if it is, I suspect the appropriate members will be by shortly to advise me of my wrongdoing.....

...and no one was arrested. Even in Denver where you're only allowed to have 20 round magazines.

Seems to me this wanton breaking of the law was an organized conspiracy with out of state extremists involved and therefore could be prosecuted under the federal RICO statute. I have no idea what I'm talking about, it just sort of came to me.

I knew there had to be a reason that I didn't suddenly feel safer today with the new laws....

oh and sang kumbaya.

or however you spell that stinkin hippie, patchuli wearing, dope smokin song.
Odd that you say that when I learned that song in Sunday school in a Catholic church, which is not a very hippie friendly environment.

The dems advocate for them.. the clips.. cause then the magazines will get all used up.

Where is all the outrage over this?
How many children died at the Capitol today while this happened?

So if the prosecuters ignore the first thousand people who break the law how can they expect to enforce the law on anyone else in the future, legal precedent just having been set to the contrary

Saw this covered on the news last night, I couldn't stop laughing when the 9News anchor was explaining how there were several State Troopers and DPD present and ZERO arrests or citations occurred. Then they had that one idiot legislator who's name escapes me at the moment (probably because I don't respect him enough to remember his name) talking about how this is the law, we passed it, it doesn't matter if it's "enforceable" or not... blah blah blah, STFU and go back to mending your bleeding heart you POS.

So the precedent is set. That makes it look pretty easy to throw out the law in court. This violated the new law, as well as the old Denver law of capacity limits. Maybe there's a glimmer of hope for getting rid of this ridiculous law?
