I don't get it. Is that supposed to be some sort of "beat swords into plowshares" metaphor, or is it supposed to explain why UN peacekeepers are useful like b00bz on a boar hog?

A little Dremel work and it will be GTG....although the little part "That'll Buff Right Out" will be farmed out to Ray.

It would be the ultimate form of vandalism, to go up there and fix that barrel.
