This thread is for those that like to drink booze - perhaps sometimes as a replacement for a meal, or just with a meal.
Post your favorite cocktail.
Mine is a Manhattan - two and 1/2 shots of Bullet Rye, 1 shot of sweet Vermouth, three dashes of bitters. Stir and drink.

I've always been partial to Gin and Tonic. Easy to make and mighty delicious.
Back in my drinking days it was Beam and Coke
What's wrong with Vodka?
OK, you can add some ice since it's hot out.
Just beer! Budweiser to be exact, ok let the flaming begin!

Moscow Mules
I rarely drink, but like a nice Tanqueray and tonic. Or a frozen margarita at On The Border, no salt please. Beer makes me feel like I have a soccer ball in my belly.

I was a whisky and PBR guy. Can't say I miss those days at all though. Haven't had a hangover in 4+ years, and it's amazing...

For cheap beer, I love me some bud light time.
For good beer my favorites available here are probably Avery IPA, Ska Modus Hoperandi, and most any of the Yeti variations from Great Divide.
Anyone been to Colorado Plus in Wheat Ridge yet? 56 taps of Colorado beer. Service is hit or miss but beer is great.
I have no idea what it's called, but my wife made a new cocktail on the 4th and everyone loved it.
1 part Jack Daniels
1 part triple sec
somewhere between 1/2 & 1 part whiskey sour (by taste)
a splash of sprite/fresca/sierra mist, also more or less to taste.
Generally, I'll just have a nice rum and coke once in a while, but if she likes the above enough to get frisky a little more often, I say "ok". Feel free to try it out on your own ladies.
Makers and 7 is my go-to mixed drink.. But if I am making concoctions then its Jamaican Ten Speeds.

My favorite drink is what fits the time and activity.
PBR working outside,
Mojito, moscow mule or a Dark and Stormy with a cigar in the heat of the day
IPA with BBQ or anytime
Tanq Ten and Tonic sunset or with Fish
Shiraz with a Steak
Whiskey neat for evening smokes
Damn I'm thirsty
...... But if I am making concoctions then its Jamaican Ten Speeds.
With or without the banana?

Coors light for a hot day when I want cheap beer.
Sam Adams seasonals for when I want decent beer.
Tangueray and tonic with just a small slice of lime for summer days and weekends.
Crown or Glenlivet on ice when I'm in the mood.
With dinner I usually like a nice red blend. Cupcake Red Velvet is my current favorite, but we try whatever is new at Costco about once a week.
In the words of Goose: "The list is long, but distinguished..." Depends on my mood and the location- for cheap beer, my go to is PBR (flame if you must, but hey, can't beat the price and I, personally, think it tastes just fine); for a more upscale but not that upscale beer- 90 Shilling, Easy Street Wheat, Batch 19, or the home team fave: Coors Original. For liquor- I prefer blended scotch, like Chivas, Irish- Jameson, or a nice Bourbon, such as Wild Turkey (if it's good enough for Hunter S. Thompson to drink a bottle a day, it's good enough for me to have a glass once in a while). Merlot- my favorite is Ecco Domani.

For the days that I'm in BBQ mode is either Jim & coke or Coors light. Anything else that is free... is welcomed!!

Vanilla Vodka by Smirnoff in Iced Tea or Coke Zero or OJ.
Crown XR
Blue Moon beer
1554 or fat tire beer
Leinenkugel Summer Shanty (beer and lemonade.). If you haven't had this go get a 6pk now!

Vanilla Vodka by Smirnoff in Iced Tea or Coke Zero or OJ.
You should try Orange Gatorade with that- tastes just like dreamscicle... dangerously delicious (because the electrolytes and all)

I drink beer mostly and my favorite beer is probably Miller High Life. [Beer] I like to mix beer with a few shots sometimes and I usually chose Jim Beam for shooters, or anything good I can find in the 99 cent bin.

Drinking fireball whiskey and dr pepper 10.
With or without the banana?
Without.. I just want booze.. I don't want garnishes in my way.
Some many fine beers so little time. Wife is half Jamaican, lots of Rum!
Whiskey with a 1-2 ice cubes lately.
I don't drink much, but I tend towards darker beers (Bass is my "go to" beer). Tonight, however, I felt the need to unwind a helluva day, so I'm quaffing Cap'n Morgan and Mtn Dew, a little concoction I've dubbed "Rocket fuel"...

Yes... all of it. Everything is situation dependent of course.
No cheap tequila though. Tonight started with a Coors Light Tallboy and finished with 2 Miller Lights... of course.. out of a can..
Scotch - Single Malts
Gin - Rocks, 2 drops Extra Dry Vermouth, 2 Spanish Queen olives... stir, sip, repeat
Rum - The Captain
Vodka - Again, as long as it isn't cheap
Just about every great beer from Colorado except browns
Wines - Dark-Dry Reds, Mix of Whites

Only in a Copper Mug
Of course, we went to the Chop House the other night and the had brand new copper mugs from a vodka company, delicious.
I drink in moderation but like a wide variety of beverages. Margaritas are a regular here and I especially like peach or apricot margi's made with fresh or frozen Palisade fruit. Hornitos anejo is good. The hot weather makes gin and tonics really refreshing now. Beefeaters is best with it's rich juniper berry flavor. Cold beer is great after a hard day in the field. I like most any beer that's well made.
I also make my own beer and wine of many different kinds. This weekend we'll be bottling Riesling and some Peach Riesling wine with friends who have 150 Riesling vines in the hills nearby. I helped pick the grapes last fall and crafted the wines. We should get about 230 bottles. I racked them a week ago and am happy with how they came out.
Two weeks ago we bottled some Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tempranillo that have been aging since 2011. We'll bottle our 2012 wines over the next couple months, mostly Cab Franc, some Merlot and Cab Sauv, and a few peach wines. I make red wines in a rich, full body style. Our region is producing some of the finest Cabernet Franc and Riesling wines, and 2012 will be an exceptional vintage here. Glad I made a lot of it because wine grapes will be harder to come by this fall.

Stranahan's or Basil Hayden's, either neat or on the rocks, with ginger ale back and a cigar.
And about every few weeks, I'll walk into a liquor store and buy a six pack of something I've never heard of before.
