I wonder why this seller is not selling his Henry Golden Boys to Colorado residents? I guess I probably need to ask the seller.

Beat me to it! Stupid fighting autocorrect.
Yeah, I tried the copy and paste and the forum software turned it into a table. It looked ugly.
"(b) "LARGE-CAPACITY MAGAZINE" DOES NOT MEAN:
(I) A FEEDING DEVICE THAT HAS BEEN PERMANENTLY ALTERED SO THAT IT CANNOT ACCOMMODATE MORE THAN FIFTEEN ROUNDS OF AMMUNITION;
(II) AN ATTACHED TUBULAR DEVICE DESIGNED TO ACCEPT, AND CAPABLE OF OPERATING ONLY WITH, .22 CALIBER RIMFIRE AMMUNITION; OR
(III) ATUBULARMAGAZINETHATISCONTAINEDINALEVER-ACTION FIREARM."

Maybe he just wants to protest BS gun laws passed by anti-American Kommiefornia-style politicians by refusing to do business with the state. It's still a free country, he has no obligation to sell it to someone he doesn't want to do business with.

Gander Mountain has a sales flyer in todays mail. Bushmaster Carbon ar-15 with 2 free 30 round mags. Wonder how many rubes will be in the store demanding the free mags with the rifle.

Probably, but more than likely he is under the impression that the people of Colorado voted for the passing of these laws, so "F" the people of Colorado.

The seller could try to figure all of this out....but probably figures it's easier not to deal with it at all.

^ This. A lot of people voted Democrat just because they always do or didn't believe the Dems would try to ban guns again. Some people "voted their conscience" by going third party and letting John Morse back in. Some people just threw temper tantrums and didn't vote, letting Hickenlooper in. All of these things created a Democratic majority that steamrolled this legislation through and I don't blame anyone who refuses to do business with Colorado over it.

That's the attitude we all have shown for cali

The vote was in the POT. That brought out the people that don't vote normally.
I also believe that some Christians found it impossible to vote for a Mormon, which didn't help get out the vote.

Why bother? If you owned a business out of state would you take the time and energy to "figure it out" when our own politicians can't? Why risk a law suit over one or 2 anti gun states? Best to just bypass us and sell to states that are gun friendly. Not trying to be a ass but that is where we are right now. We are one of "those" states now.

I was talking about the state vote but any of those things contributed to our current state so yeah, I understand why the seller says "F" Colorado.

Good for you. The laws suck here, but I doubt they will stop any crime nor stop anyone from leaving the state to get mags. What makes me mad is the legislature did not listen and some cases legislators with criminal records wrote them. Recently I heard on the news that there is discussion of each county having a rep in legislative branch. I like that idea that every county would have representatives, thus at urbanized clowns would not be controlling everything . Yes I know many counties have small populations, but it gives the producers some say in things. GUARANTEE most of the nonsense that comes out of the state both left and right would not happen.

Massive Understatement.
These laws guarantee that more crimes will be committed.

Those fireworks stores just across the state line in WY could sell mags too. Then the new stands on the CO side could sell Mary Jane to the WY folks. Aren't our lawmakers so smart when it comes to our well being?
Use the California fruit fly example. Put up check points at every state border.
...problem solved.

Jensen arms in Loveland has already announced that they will have a magazine outlet just 13 miles from the Wyoming border. Third Saturday of every month, open from 10-5 I believe.
