Supposedly Fields requested the charges be dropped... Maybe not enough evidence? Why else would she request they be dropped? Either way, the guy went too far down the wrong path. Should have definetly put that effort into a different method of pissing her off. I guess he is now unemployed and probably has no firearms as I am sure they took them away.

It says he was ordered to go to mental health treatment. Sounds like bullshite to me. http://www.denverpost.com/breakingnews/ci_23648345/charges-dismissed-against-franklin-sain-accused-threatening-rep

thats one of the problems we all face.

it so easy to say stupid shit on an online forum, email or letter. we should all remember, if you wouldnt say it to someones face, dont say it. I know I have done it, Im sure we have all done it.

Great point and I will agree, we are all guilty of it.
At work we have a pretty good guideline: if you don't want your wife/daughter/mom to hear/read it, it is better left unsaid

Fuck Rhonda fields. I'd tell that to her face. Same to Morse and hickenlooper

I have always wondered how I would react to seeing them in line at the grocery store in front of me. Don't think I would go off the deep end, but I would make sure she knew where I stood.

Bad rule for me, they're worse than I am.

Interesting, I'll have to congratulate his attorney (had lunch with him last month).

Charges dropped in exchange for a permenant restraining order. He can no longer own firearms. Not sure I'd call that a "Win".
