It's dang hot but I'm packing up for the range anyway. Probably will shoot a little long range but I'm most excited to dump my kids' college fund out the Uzi. Nothing like a suppressed full auto to make a Friday feel good!

I also think I need to tweak my Rem700 a bit as the bolt is sticking and not twisting "up" all the way when cycling rounds. Doesn't make follow up shots very easy when your bolt won't cycle properly.

What are you blasting away with this weekend?

First where do you shoot?

Second going out next week with 1919a4, RPD, FAL clone, the usual plinker AR's, Mosin, and a handgun or 2.

It varies but I'm a member out at the Golden Gun Club (which is out here near Watkins, long story) and that's where I'm headed today...

Pickin' up the daughter at DIA on Sunday around 10AM, then hopefully over to Double D to get my lower, then home to drop off the wife and daughter and if there is any time left, the gun show at the outlets in Loveland. Might go early monday out to pawnee to shoot a little, I need practice with my 1911.

Going out to the Bennett Farm tomorrow to shoot a bit with Chris Mailliard in a Casualty Care Class. Guess we'll be shooting clothes packed with meat & blood, then treating the wounds. Gonna be a great time.

Nothing fancy. AR, probably the FAL, a Glock, possibly a 7mag if I feel like messing with some varmint loads.

Going with the boy to shoot some trap after oil and fuel filter change, a couple hundred rounds should take the edge off the 80 hr week.

Probably will hit Silver Bullet range on Sunday, shoot 9mm, 45. Might take the .357 for grins. Love a hot load and Flames! (ok, that doesn't sound right but o'well)

Feel the need to shoot.

Might even get the wife to go, but we'll see.
