I personally would like him better then Tancredo, what are your thoughts?

Don't know much about him, but when I heard this on the radio yesterday I perked up because I found his pro-2A arguments earlier in the year to be fairly impressive. Definitely has my attention for a possible vote.

i like the idea of tancredo and generally agree with about 99% of what he says. I'd venture a guess that brophy would be more electable, though.
I like them both, but would prefer Brophy. I've been impressed with him this past year & believe he would present a tougher challenge to hick. Having said that, I still want to learn more about him & his positions.
Met Brophy at the Magpul thing in Glendale last month, stand up guy! He'd get my vote... especially since he was one of the most vocal against Hickenlooper and these dicked up bills!

I do not see Tom T doing what needs to be done. I believe he would turn out to be a major disappointment and would leave Colorado hanging while being a wishy washy jack ass who would be more concerned about his next reelection bid. As a nation we are in deep shit and we dont have time for any monkey business. We must have a governor who will stand up to the thug.

With Brophy running for governor and Owen Hill going after Udall's spot for US senate i think we have a good chance of getting two smart and strong minded people the believe in the Constitution 1st and the people 2nd. I know Brophy did not want to run for governor until the libtard agenda hit Colorado like a sledge hammer, now he wants to make sure it does not continue.

If I remember right he is also a member on this Board as well. Although I have not seen him post here since earlier in the year. Low profile............... [Coffee]
He will need a lot of grassroots support and a lot of voice of the people backing him up.
Hickenpoopy still claims he is safe in his re-election according to the "polls" we need to show him otherwise.

Colorado doesn't have to be ruled by Boulder and Denver politics alone. Can't wait for the next elections.
I think Gessler has also announced for governor. Besides Tancrado, I am not sure how many have announced.

Just the three that I am aware of, saw Brophy's announcement thing on FOX 31 over the weekend.
Gessler is already majorly on the Dems hit list.. In my opinion Gessler and Tancredo would bring moderate Dems out to the polls in droves that might otherwise stay home, they really hate these guys. It would also be questionable how many of the Reps that sat out the last election would be compelled to get out for either of these two. Brophy, a relative unknown has the best chance at this point, I would like to see more of his positions as well as see how his staying power is with the public perception. If he has talking points that resonate with both the rural and urban sectors he has a good chance.

Tancredo is a fucking douchebag and was likely instrumental in giving us chickenshitlooper......hope he doesn't help snatch defeat from the jaws of victory once again....

We must win this..And it is winnable, Hick is down in polls (Dunlap)..The Denver Pravda has been running hit pieces on Tancredo and Gessler for awhile.. just get behind your candidate of choice and show up. We can do this!

My wife and I will both vote for him along with my dad and step mom, sister and brother in law, mom and step dad and most of my neighbors. Dems sealed their fate. They are totally fucked.
Oh, and fuck you hickenlooper.

THIS IS NOT A RALLY, IT'S A LEGISLATIVE SESSION. Theen why did you change the rules? Morse is such a tool. Brophy has my vote.

Own Hill has only served as a State Senator for one legislative session. I wont support him for US Senate... He needs to atleast finish out his term in the state legislature before running for the US Senate. Totally agree with you about Brophy though.
Listening to him on the radio now (630 khow). Like what I hear so far.

It's cool and all, but that's kind of an odd way to OC.

Doesn't it look like someone saw him @ Starbucks, had a spare pistol, and asked him to pose for a pic?

Perhaps, but do you think Hick would have taken them up on the offer......?

Looks to me like he was carrying concealed and exposed the gun for the pic the way his shirt is tucked in behind it. No big deal...at least he's not afraid to be seen with a gun.

Agreed - the statement in the linked video clip is the best answer to the magazine ban 'law'.
Greg won me over during the legislative sessions. He was very well spoken and informed on all firearm matters, and seems common sense oriented when state economics are the subject.

With the proper BG Check to transfer possession.............Still a NO.
Anyone else and everyone would be talking mad crap. No holster, Mexican carry, looking for attention, etc. However, I appreciate the message.

Her, maybe, but even with lo res pic, if you zoom in, it looks like there is a holster clip over the pants but behind his belt.
Or maybe both use pocket holsters, and it IS merely a photo op.
Either way, Brophy is a good guy, but I grew up in eastern CO, so I may be biased.
