Hanging lake is cool. Doc Holliday's grave is there somewhere. Not much to entertain the youngun tho

They have a tram that takes you up the mountain. They have a bunch of stuff kids can do up at the top and there is also a cave tour you can take. I can remember the name of it but its just behind the holiday inn on the west side of town.

Glenwood Caverns...

The fishing is good in Glenwood.

Yep, do the tram! There's a mini park up on top of the mountain, and a great coaster sled ride. The caverns are interesting too.

Well all that driving for nothing. Not a vacant room anywhere in glenwood or silverthorne. Some motorcycle thing going on in glenwood. Ohwell we had a good time sight seeing and eating. Next time I wont be so spontanious and plan it out better.

Damn, long ways between GS and Silverthorne! Lots of hotels in Eagle, that's where I usually holed up when working out there. Also in Rifle, but that's further west.

Why didn't you take your tent, still full of sand and water?
