What happened to the Sheriffs lawsuit? I hadn't been keeping up the news and a forum search on "sheriffs" and "lawsuits" didn't find anything.

As far as I know, (which isn't much) it'll be in limbo for a few months while they set a date, etc... So no news...

This will take years to resolve. I would be surprised to see any movement before 2014.
