How big of a project/parts count are you needing?
Programming costs can be prohibitive for a small quantities. - like yowza!
Are their other options like water-jet or plasma?
Again small quantity runs can get pricey because of programming but less expensive than a laser cut.

If your quantities are higher (100,000-1 million pieces) a punch die might end up being a cheaper alternative with near laser cut quality.

There's also CNC wire EDM, which a lot more shops have than laser cutting. I've had numerous batches of parts custom-cut by wire EDM.

That will open up a whole other can of worms. EDM does not love thin plate without fixture support. The flush causes vibration of thin metal, which in turn breaks wire/distorts finish.

Colorado Laser is good to go.

Know a guy in Milliken w/ a CAD/CAM plasma table that might be willing to do it if you have the drawings but he's LEO and his schedule is unpredictable.
