Looks like it's limited to this list only?

A lease or rental agreement

A utility bill listing the address and the applicant’s name such as electric, gas, water or land-line telephone (cell phone, internet, or cable bill will not be accepted as proof of residency).

A notarized statement from the property owner verifying the applicant’s residency at the property listed on the application. (That is, if the applicant resides at the address listed on the application, but the property is owned by another party, i.e., spouse, parent or friend, a notarized statement will serve as proof of residency).

I write up my own rental agreements all the time.
They're not filed anywhere.
How unofficial can you get?
You could even write up a rental agreement to rent out a room in your house for a single day - completely legal.

There will never be another "fair" election in the state of Colorado - or the USA for that matter.
It's over - most just have not realized it yet.
